    This would be a really versatile item for my holiday cooking. One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is to cook and bake, and a pan like this would be so useful for that!

    I’d use it for blanching vegetables, boiling potatoes, hard boiled eggs, etc. Plus I love that it’s dishwasher safe!

    How clever is that strainer? I’d use the pot to make spaghetti aglio e olio with corn pasta. My favorite weeknight pasta!

    I’d just be happy to have a “medium” sized sauce pan that is not off limits – every time I have tried to use my old stainless pot (usually used for small pots of noodles over the past 15 years) I’ve ended up having wheat allergy reaction.

    I would make small batches of pasta sauce. I can no longer have onions or garlic and it’s almost impossible to find jarred pasta sauce without them, so I’ll make my own in this pot.
